Pancake Shenanigans

A few weekends ago I spent a lazy weekend morning with this gal making our own pancakes.  I have to say this is the very first successful batch of pancakes i have ever made.  I don't know if the key to success is having a griddle or what, but I never seem to get it right in a skillet on the stove.  They usually turn out burnt on the outside & gooey on the inside, yuck.  So needless to say I was pretty stoked that The Pfunky Griddle paved the way to the best (and only) batch of pancakes I have ever made & eaten.

On a side note, I love weekends.  Especially lazy mornings grabbing coffee with girlfriends or even better, grabbing breakfast at a cool little place like this.  I need to get out and do this more often =].

Also, don't forget about the GIVEAWAY going on here at Happie Reading!
