Ah. This is refreshing.
I really loved watching this.
My friend Liz beautifully wrote,
"We need to begin to take ownership of the beautiful bodies
we have been given, until we are no longer critical but thankful."
I want to wake up every day and look at myself in the mirror and say,
"You are BEAUTIFUL"
No more nitpicking.
I heard it once said that you notice things upon meeting
new people that you are most critical about yourself.
Does this hit home for anyone?
It does for me.
I'll be honest. I often notice a girl's hair & if her clothing is flattering.
Because those are probably what I give the most attention to myself.
I don't want to be like this.
I want to first notice the beauty radiating from anyone.
Because everyone showcases beauty in their own unique way.
Let's try recognizing THAT in one another.
Also, one thing I love is that Aerie, American Eagle's sleepwear
& lingerie brand is not retouching any of their models with photoshop.
Real women [not photoshopped] modeling what we are buying.
